She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis Blakely and Gertha Miller Blakely; her former husband Sherman Cochran; her husband Donald Elliott; her daughter Patti Hejl; and her siblings, Mabel Womack, Elizabeth Hayworth, William Blakely and Ellis Blakely, Jr..

She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Waldroup; her grandchildren, Hunter Hejl, Joshua Waldroup, Brooks Hejl, Graehme Hejl and Griffin Hejl; and her son-in-law Phillip Hejl (Marta). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
