She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Thompson and Hagar Fletcher Thompson; her husband Verlin Ridings; her brothers, Wayne Thompson, Russell Thompson, Bill Thompson and Don Thompson; and her son-in-law Dr. W. Earl Barbour.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Sue Barbour and Michael "Mike" Wayne Ridings (Dawn); her grandchildren, Thomas Gibbs (Meredith), Zane Ridings (Andrea) and Brett Barbour (Christi); her great grandchildren, Savannah, Ben, Vivian, Victoria, Aubrey, Abby, Ethan and Sarah; her sisters, Sandy Thompson and Juanita Clark (Bob); and her aunt Madaline Fletcher.
