We are sad to announce that on August 13, 2020, at the age of 79, Elizabeth Ann Setzer Lowe (High Point, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Milton Jennings and Myrtle Moore Setzer; her former spouse Terry O'Neil Lowe; her children, Melissa and Terry; her daughter-in-law Leslie; her grandchildren, Lauren Crews, Adam Crews, Jackson Lowe, Madeline Lowe and Zachary Hubbard; her sister Faye Setzer Rosenblatt; her brother-in-law Bob Rosenblatt; her brother George Setzer; her sister-in-law Phyllis Setzer; her nieces and nephews, Amy Setzer Swank, Betsy Rosenblatt Rosso, Susannah Rosenblatt, Kirk Setzer, Mark Swank, Randy Rosso and Aaron Winter; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Elizabeth Swank, Zoe Rosso, Willam Swank, James Swank, Zeke Rosso, Charlie Winter and Sam Winter.

With Libby's blessing, the family wishes that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Harvest Hope, which provides food to South Carolinians.
