He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernie Cutler and Leila Cutler of Croswell; his brother James Cutler of Lexington, MI; and his parents-in-law, Leonard and Hilda Bingle of Croswell.

He is survived by: his significant other JoAn Cutler (Meroney) of Winston-Salem; his children, Randy Cutler (Stacey) of Lexington, MI, Peggy Regan (Tim) of Lexington, MI and Penny Bermudez (Pompilio) of Marshalltown, IA; his stepchildren, Kathleen Drury Steindel (Joel) of Winston-Salem, NC and Scott Drury (Elizabeth) of Clemson, SC.; and also Joyce Cutler (Bingle) of Croswell, MI. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
