She was predeceased by: her parents, Fleenor Grubb and Winnie Hite Grubb; and her husband Gilbert "Gib" Reynolds. She is survived by: her children, Ruby Thompson (Donnie) of Trinity, NC and Taylor "Bud" Reynolds of Abington, VA.. She is also survived by grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
A graveside service was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Floral Garden Park Mausoleum Chapel (1730 W English Rd, High Point, NC 27262). Visitation was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Hospice of the Piedmont, 1801 Westchester Drive, High Point, NC 27262, in recognition of the compassionate care Dorothy received during her final days.
