She was predeceased by: her parents, Will Swaim and Mamie Wear Swaim; her husband C. J. Collins; and her siblings, Annie Swaim, Blanche Kinley, Delphia Brawley, Juanita Matthews, Frances Troy, Alverta Jones, Everett, Alfred, Edward and Earvin Swaim.

She is survived by: her daughter Myra Hill (Jerry). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
