She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Garrison, Sr. and Annie Bell Walker Garrison; her son Greg; her siblings, Faye Garrison, Helen Timmons, Willie Garrison, Jr. and Walter Garrison; her nephews, Brian Keith Garrison and Powell Adkins; her in-laws, Roy Timmons, Camell Garrison and Mae Garrison; and her close friend Dorothy Gilmore (Dot).

She is survived by: her daughters, Janice, Sharon, Ann and Clara; her grandchildren, Felicia, Maurice, Esa (Tyrell) and Judy; her great grandchildren, Ari and Amir; her grandchildren, Asaiah and Aisley; her brother Lawson Garrison; her sister-in-law Diane Garrison; and her children, Doris, Mike, Tish and Robin. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
