He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Robert Rogers and Elizabeth Ferree Rogers. He is survived by: his spouse Kay Bowman Rogers; his children, Robert "Robby" Rogers (Melanie) of Atlanta and Donna Rogers Royals of Kernersville; his sister Ruth Walker (Frank) of Greensboro; his grandchildren, Shannon Preston (Jeff), Kaylin Royals and Alex Royals; and his great grandchildren, Grace and Grant Preston.
