He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Edward Chorpening, Jr. and Lila Frances Garrison. He is survived by: his wife Divina Guzman Chorpening; his sons, Matthew Chorpening and Cliff Chorpening; and his siblings, Glenn Chorpening (Kathy) and Susan Solheim.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Wright Funerals-Cremations (1720 Westchester Dr, High Point, NC 27262).
