He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert O'Hara and Katherine Huff O'Hara. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Viscomi; his daughter Wendy O'Hara-Perry of High Point; his grandchildren, Madison Marley Perry and Evan Alexander Perry of High Point; his sister Sharon Dachisen (Peter) of Easton, PA; his sister-in-law Maryann Graziosi (Louis) of Phillipsburg, NJ; his nephew Justin Smith (Kelly); his children, Carter and Ava of Summerfield, NC; and his nephew Michael Graziosi of Phillipsburg, NJ. He is also survived by his wife and daughter, playing with his grandchildren.
