He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Curtis Osbin and Frances Audrey Shutt Osbin; and his siblings, Kenneth Osborne and Vicky Bumgardner. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Gann Osborne; and his sisters, Kathy Dobbins (Ronald) of Archdale and Patty Risher (Carl) of Archdale.
