He is survived by: his children, David Lee Warren II (Heather) and Eliza Clair (Daniel); his significant other Mickie; his grandchildren, Matilynn, Foster, Delilah and Hollis; and his siblings, Ellen Bray, Austin Warren (Debbie), Connie and Nancy (Donnie).
