She is survived by: her husband Larry E. Diggs; her son Michael Harris (Regetta) of Kernersville, NC; her grandchildren, Nadiyah Harris of Kernersville, NC, Elijah Harris of Kernersville, NC and Aneya Harris of Kernersville, NC; her sisters, Teresa H. Bennett and Effie Washington (Chris) of High Point, NC; and her sisters-in-law, Patricia Smith and Bertha Lilly (Tyrone). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, special cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Her contributions to the students' spiritual and economic growth were invaluable.
