He is survived by: his sons, Mario Powell and Bryant Powell; and his siblings, Lucille Hill, Moses Powell, Ruth Morgan (Samuel), Joann Sharpe (Wayne), Levi Powell (Marggie) and Kalzena Powell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
