He is survived by: his children, Charlie Wayne Cardwell, Jr. (Rose Hager) of Concord and Becky Ramirez (Candido) of High Point; his grandchildren, Justin Cardwell, Sabrina Ramirez, Jennifer Ramirez, Jasmin Ramirez and Brandon Lackey; and his siblings, Jackie Cardwell and Nora Manier.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Wright Funerals-Cremations (1720 Westchester Dr, High Point, NC 27262). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
