He was predeceased by: his mother Beverlie Blossom; and his brother Jade Blossom. He is survived by: his father David Blossom (Chris) of Alaska; his wife Tania Smith Blossom; his children, Zane Blossom of High Point and Mackenzie Blossom of Greensboro; and his sister Shiloh Valdez (Adrian) of Texas.
