It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carmel Patchkofsky (High Point, North Carolina), born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on May 8, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Salvatore Benevento and Rose DePino Benevento; and her sister Delores Hall. She is survived by: her husband James Patchkofsky; her children, Deborah Sawicki (Stephen) of Massachusetts and James Thomas Patchkofsky Jr. (T'wanda) of Massachusetts; her sister Marie Maillet of Tennessee; and her grandchildren, Alex Sawicki, Elizabeth Sawicki, Cassondra Patchkofsky and Grason Patchkofsky.
