She was predeceased by: her parents, Neil G. Davis and Aletha K. Davis. She is survived by: her husband Jim; her brother Gregory Davis (Marlene); her children, Trent Stevens (Lisa) of Greensboro, Kelly Childs (Nathan) and Andrew Stevens; and her grandson Samuel Childs of Raleigh.
