He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlie Oscar Blake and Ada Sheffield Blake; his wife Carlene Clark Blake; and his siblings, Jackie Blake and Willie Blake Ray.
He is survived by: his children, Toby Blake of Wallburg, Kevin Blake (Kathy) of Thomasville and Devona Blake of Raleigh; his grandsons, Nathan Blake (Brittany) and Dustin Blake (Celeste); and his great grandchildren, Cooper Blake, Ansley Blake and Eli Blake.
A reception will be held on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the High Point Chapel of Wright Funeral Services Email.
