He was predeceased by: his parents, Bollian Dennis and Ethel Crisco Dennis. He is survived by: his daughter Cynthia "Cindy" Dennis Covington (Thomas) of Georgetown, SC; and his brother Edward Dennis of Asheville. He is also survived by three grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Billy's name to the Hospice Home at High Point 1803 Westchester Dr. High Point, NC 27262.
