We are sad to announce that on January 21, 2020, at the age of 78, Bill Tate (High Point, North Carolina), born in Indianapolis, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Woodrow Tate and Rosemary Catherine Donahue Ellis. He is survived by: his wife Roxanna Finney Tate; his children, Bradley Tate (Ginny) of Ohio, Michelle Beckley (Greg) of Indiana and Melissa Osborne (Chris) of Sophia; and his brother Edwin Tate of High Point. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
