She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Allen and Orene Elder Bumgarner; her husband Donald Mason; her daughter Sheila McNeely; her siblings, Benny, Ned, Walter Bumgarner and Glenda Price; her sister-in-law Judy Reavis; and her stepson-in-law Ray Gaither.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Miller (Margaret) of Hickory and Kim Russell (Wayne) of Hiddenite; her son-in-law Danny McNeely of Hickory; her stepchildren, Penny Gaither of Statesville, Vivian Mason of Statesville, Julia Prevette (Daniel) of Statesville and Jerry Mason (Jennifer) of Hiddenite; her grandchildren, Leigh-Ann Bradley (Shawn), Elaine Killian (Kyle), Jessica Hancock, Lauren Gaither, Ashley Prevette (Derek), Jocelyn Mason and Jenna Mason; her great grandchildren, Kenleigh Craig (Jordon), Josef Alexander, Sarabeth, Colston Bradley, Kade, Kohen, Kannon Killian and Wesley Hancock; and her great great grandchild Julian Craig. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
