We are sad to announce that on January 26, 2022, at the age of 87, Lexine Elliott of Hiddenite, North Carolina, born in Alexander, North Carolina passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lexine Elliott to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Leck Gwaltney and Rosa Lee Bunton Gwaltney; her son J. C. Elliott, Jr.; her grandson Darren Daniels; her great grandchild Jonathan Dunlop, Jr.; her siblings, Mary Tilley, Dale Gwaltney and Bobby Gwaltney; and her son-in-law Doyle Daniels.

She is survived by: her husband J. C. Elliott, Sr.; her children, Diane Daniels of Taylorsville and Danny Elliott (Debbie) of Hiddenite; her siblings, Carol Bumgarner (Lindsay), W. D. Gwaltney (Mary), Gale Gwaltney (Dianne), Glynn Gwaltney, Lynn Gwaltney (Paulette) and Jack Gwaltney (Merilee); and her brother-in-law Marcus Elliott (Cathy). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild.
