She is survived by: her parents, Francisco Perez Gomez and Adela Roman Antemate; her children, Zitzia Diane Perez of Hiddenite, Dara Sofia Santiago Perez of Hiddenite and Mizalet Santiago Perez of Hiddenite; and her siblings, Claudia Perez, Marisela Perez, Mayra Perez, Viviana Perez and Lazaro Antonio Perez.
