He is survived by: his wife Susan Jolly; his children, Daniel Stephen Jolly of Taylorsville and Kimberley Carrol Manuel (Jeffrey) of Statesville; his sister Kaye Jolly of Taylorsville; and his grandchildren, Brianna, Lily, Joshua, Abriella, Justin and Jacob.
