He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Milholland and Sarah Cook Milholland; and his wife Jean Milholland. He is survived by: his children, Cathy Brown, Jeff Milholland and Carla Mills (John); his grandchildren, Jordan Brown (Chelsey), Keely Brown, Alonna McKaba, Joshua Mills (Rebekah) and Christopher Mills; and his great grandchild Carlson Brown.
