He is survived by: his wife Madeline Tedder Fox; his children, Kim Childers (Roscoe) of Hiddenite, Dale Fox (Karen) of Taylorsville, Jeff Fox of Hiddenite and Billy Fred Fox, Jr. (Tamara) of Hiddenite; his grandchildren, Jerrod Fox (Carly), Delaney Fox, Shatana Blakenship, Ashley Moses (Chris), Jessy Fox (Lauren), Jessica Hammer (Landon), Cassie Propst (Logan), Tylor Fox (Anna), Tanya Fox, Tina Fox and Trista Fox; and his siblings, Patricia Watson (Allan) of Taylorsville and Ricky Fox (Carol) of Taylorsville.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 22nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:45 PM at the Bethel Baptist Church (2715 Bethel Church Rd, Taylorsville, NC 28681). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 22nd 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
