He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kelso McMeekan and Agnes McKean McMeekan; and his sister Margaret Ton. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Marie Young McMeekan; and his children, Bill Willis, Alex Burnett, Dale Burnett and Merrimon Nichols.
