She is survived by: her mother Pauline "Polly" Poovey Bowman; her nieces, Megan Bowman and Erica Bowman; her aunt Brenda Beam (John); her uncle Wayne Poovey of Lake Norman; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Abigail Galligher, Elaina Settlemyer, Colton Galligher, Jayden Bowman and Anthony Bowman.

Memorials may be given to the Mission Fund, St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 6175 St. Peters Church Road, Conover, NC 28613.
