He was predeceased by: his parents, Talmadge Dunn Sr. and Juanita Brookshire Dunn; and his daughter Cynthia Dunn. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Reinhardt Dunn; his children, Deborah Todd of Lenoir, Mary Pennell (Curtis) of Hickory and Talmadge Dunn III (Amy) of Lenoir; and his brothers, Tommy, Frankie and Alan Dunn. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
