He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Rippey and Helen Rippey. He is survived by: his wife Julia Rippey; his sons, Christopher Withers and Bradley Fulbright; his grandchildren, Elijah Withers and Ada Mae; his brother Donald Rippey; and his cousin David Boyd.
