He is survived by: his siblings, Vernon Kiser, Sue Davis, Kenneth Kiser (Anita), Retha Seter, Kathy Tomblin (James), Shirley Smith, Vickie Jarrett (Kenneth), Rebecca Wilfong (Dusty), Randy Kiser (Twanna) and Marvin Kiser (Yvonne); and his close friend Wanda Buff. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
