He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Lynne Parker of Mt City, TN and Deborah Renee Mays of Hickory; and his grandchildren, Kevin Eugene Mays, Shelby Renee Mays, Christian Michael Parker and Jason Robert Annas. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
