With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Randal James Williams of Hickory, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 13, 2024 at the age of 80. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Williams and Elaine Williams. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Kimberly Neumann (Jon), Keith Williams (Michele), Kristin Blake (Gary) and Kelly Williams; his grandchildren, Hannah Meyer (Christian), Tess Neumann, Jake Williams, Owen Williams, Gavin Blake, Evelyn Blake, Emerson Blake and Baker Meyer; his siblings, Dana Angel (Gene), Terry Kania (Mitch) and Dr. Todd Williams (Suzanne); and his nieces and nephews, Jay Williams, Laurie Marcey, Jack Williams, Stacey Dickey, Kristi Sund, Paul Kania, Matthew Fagan, Sean Fagan and Ryan Fagan.

“Hello Williams Family, I am Lisa Cleaver that worked at Graystone from 1995 to 2005. I am so sorry for your loss. Dr. Randal Williams was one of a kind. He was so dedicated and kind to his patients. I was a nurse at Graystone and worked with Dr. Williams on some of the days that we saw over 100 patients in a day. He was a hard-working doctor. I saw Dr. Williams as a patient until his retirement. Dr. Williams will be missed but never forgotten.”
