She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Edgar Williams, Jr. and Helen Hargett Williams. She is survived by: her daughters, Lindsey Jo Spinks (Wesley) and Caroline Rietz (Kevin); her grandchildren, Piper, Ryder Spinks and Abigail Rietz; and her siblings, Rebecca Tyndall (Ron), Brenda Card (Dave) and Robert Williams (Martha).
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Bethlehem Baptist Church. A celebration of life was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Peggy's name to The Alexander County Animal Shelter or The American Cancer Society Brain Cancer Foundation.
