She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wesley and Mae Silver Thomas; her husband Stanley Blevins; and her siblings, Flora, Pearl, Earl, Rex and Nelda.
She is survived by: her sister Opal Burleson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
