He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lanigan and Brigid Power Lanigan; and his brothers, James "Jimmy" Lanigan and Daniel "Danny" Lanigan. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Robbins Lanigan of Hickory; his daughters, Shannon Lanigan of Hickory and Danielle Lanigan of Hickory; his brother Brian Lanigan of Hickory; his grandchildren, Lexi Lanigan-Fox, Keiran Lanigan and Kinsley Fox; and his nephew Daniel "Danny Boy" Lanigan (family: Steven Raymond, Jeff Raymond, Matthew Lanigan).
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Lanigan Residence.
