It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Jeanne Claffey of Hickory, North Carolina, who passed away on November 19, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Samuel and Julietta Hennessy Parker; her husband James J. Claffey; her son James A. Claffey; and her sister Catherine Burns.
She is survived by: her daughter Lorie Claffey; her grandchildren, Heidi Bush (Erik), Matthew Zeiner (Tarah Rose), Erik Zeiner (Stephanie), Joshua Claffey (Kylie) and Bryan Zeiner (Emma); and her sister Dianna Taggart. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project in Patricia's name.
