He was predeceased by: his parents, Muzasar Khan and Jamilla Khatoon Khan; and his siblings, Bibi Amelia and Safik Khan. He is survived by: his wife Romanie Naraidu Khan; his son Terry Khan; his daughter-in-law Christiana; his grandchildren, Sarah, Jeremiah and Nehemiah; and his siblings, Shymin, Amir and Mary.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude children's hospital in Mohamed M. Khan's name.
