With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mildred (Mickie) Louise Miller Teague of Hickory, North Carolina, born in Alexander, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 3, 2024 at the age of 92. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl E. Miller and Elsie Sloop Miller; her husband Joe Carroll Teague; her sisters, Colleen Miller Hammer, Rachel Miller Shook and Mary Lee Miller Hope; and her nephew Steve Teague.
She is survived by: her daughters, Beverly Teague Bryant (Eddie) of Bethlehem and Joye Teague Hollar (Terry) of Hickory. She is also survived by nineteen godchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
