She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Betty Severt, Warren Cole, Katherine and Dempsy Wilcox. She is survived by: her parents, Robert Wilcox (Precious) and Shirley Cole Payne (Colen); her children, Brooke Zaldivar (Chou Hang) of Nebo, Johnny Rosales of Wilkesboro, Joshua Rosales of Hickory and Joseph Lee Rosales of Hickory; her grandchildren, Lilo Hang, Emi Hang, Meili Hang and Ian Hang; her siblings, Jeffery Wilcox (Cathy) of Lenoir, Terri Canter (Earl) of Granite Falls and Hilary Yates (Dennis) of Lenoir; and her stepgrandfather Michael Severt. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Blue Ridge Memorial Park (2017 Wilkesboro Blvd, Lenoir, NC 28645).
