She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Ledford and Opal Mckinney Fox; her husband Harold Fredrick Hubbard; her son Randy Hubbard; and her grandson Eric Hubbard.
She is survived by: her daughters, Betty Purgeson and Carolyn Clark (Dale); her parents-in-law, Randy Hubbard and Lisa; her siblings, Linda Little (Rick), Pat Moore, William Fox (Pam), Betty Dillard, Larry Ledford and June Thomas; her grandchildren, Michelle Brackett (Jody), Mickey Daye (Ben), Michael Fowler, Donna Coleman (Craig), Greg Hubbard and Tyler Hubbard; her great grandchildren, Brooke Elliot (Hayes), Spencer Brackett, Nautia Yount and Caleb Coleman; and her great great grandchild Lilyanna May Hamlin.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bass-Smith Funeral Home Chapel (334 2nd St NW, Hickory, NC 28601). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Woodlawn Memorial Gardens (3120 Falling Creek Rd, Hickory, NC 28601).
