She is survived by: her sons, Michael Christopher Hulon of Newton and Reginald Vernon Hulon (April) of Maiden; her grandchildren, Justin Hulon of Connelly Springs, Casey Hulon (Paige) of Wilmington, Tara Mills of Vale and Macyn Price of Hickory; and her brother Thomas E. Ward of Durham. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
