He was predeceased by: his father Richard "Rick" Whisnant; and his uncle Dana Whisnant. He is survived by: his mother Lori Icard; his brother Justin Robert Whisnant; his grandmother Frankie Whisnant; his uncle John Whisnant; his aunts, Sheila Whisnant and Donnelle Trivette; and his girlfriend Ashley.
