He is survived by: his wife Diane Delores Edwards Mingus; his children, Kevin Mingus, Jerry Mingus (Jackie), Kathy George (Tim) and Crystal Wilkins (Travis); his sister Margaret Hefner; and his stepsons, Andy Sprouse (Joy) and Jody Sprouse (Donna). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
