We are sad to announce that on April 21, 2025, at the age of 91, Joyce Kirkpatrick in Hickory, North Carolina, born in Bessemer City, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Lee Kirkpatrick; her parents, JJ Robinson and Chloe Robinson; and her sisters, Ethel Balch and Lib Glover.
She is survived by: her sons, James Lee (Mary), Donald Lynn (Misty) and Marc Alan (Lisa); her sister Barbara Louise Humburg (Lowell); her grandchildren, Valerie, Molly, Davis, Miller, Jackson, Justice and Cooper; and her great grandchildren, Jayden, Jediah, Jr. and Javeon. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a circle of treasured friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Philadelphia Lutheran Church (52 Pinewood Rd, Granite Falls, NC 28630). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
