Though Joe may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Joe touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Rowe and Dillie Rowe; his children, Randy Rowe and Melissa Rowe; and his grandson Jeremy Rowe.
He is survived by: his daughter Kathy Slaight (Bobby Baker); and his grandsons, Joey Rowe and Brian Slaight. He is also survived by four great-grandsons and four great-granddaughters.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Jenkins Funeral Home (4081 Startown Rd, Newton, NC 28658). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
