He is survived by: his children, Taylor Parker (Cody) of Vale and Jacob Richard of Lincolnton; his grandchildren, Kaiden Bradshaw and Waylon Parker; his aunt Patricia Propst (Ted) of Lincolnton; and his uncles, Robert Richard (Dorothy) of Lincolnton, Dwight Richard of Cherryville and Alan Richard (Angie) of Lincolnton.
In lieu of flower memorials may be made to Oakland Heights Baptist Church of Hickory.
