He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Lee Williams and Carrie Starnes Williams; his wife Sue Kirby Williams; and his brothers, Dan Williams and Wayne Williams.
He is survived by: his sons, Dale Williams of Granite Falls and Eddie Williams (Susan) of Charlotte; and his grandchildren, Kristopher Williams, Andrew Williams, Jordan Targia and Carla Jung.
