Irene Tew Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Irene Tew of Hickory, North Carolina, who passed away on February 9, 2025 at the age of 91. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Irene Tew to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Annas and Rose Oxford Annas; her siblings, Evelyn Wilson, Ella Mae Cloer, Merita Vannoy, Rex, Jack and Ned Annas; and her son-in-law Phillip Hubbard.
She is survived by: her husband Frank Tew; her daughters, Gail Hubbard of Granite Falls and Gloria Hubbard of Hudson; her grandchildren, Christie Hubbard, Patrick (Sharon), Phillip (Cathy), Michael and Dee Hubbard (Leah Beth); her great grandchildren, Garrett (Chantel), Morgan, Mason, Asher, Colton and Hadley Hubbard; her great great grandchild Stellan Hubbard; her brother Steve Annas (JoAnn); and also Jeffery Strading.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Friendship Baptist Church (4676 Horseshoe Bend Rd, Hudson, NC 28638).
